We are Chikuzen Biwa Kyokujo-kai, performing a form of traditional Japanese entertainment at the Honolulu Festival for the first time. We are from Nagoya in central Japan. We will be performing the song “Heike Monogatari” which is a perfect song representating the unique qualities of the Chikuzen biwa. Please hear our sounds and story.
